Skye Valley – Kylie Armstrong
Kylie and Steve Armstrong were the first to purchase at Skye Valley, with the community’s country feel was a major drawcard for them.
Skye Valley is located just eight kilometres from Frankston and provides an ideal community for homebuyers wanting a comfortable lifestyle in a high-growth area.
“Skye Valley really stood out for us. It’s something different for the area – the setting is lovely, and the planned park will be really great for the kids,” said Mrs Armstrong.
The Armstrong’s believe Skye Valley provides the perfect opportunity to upgrade their home, while still allowing them to remain the area in which they have both grown up.
The family are already regular visitors to their new homesite, with children Madison (8) and Nicholas (5) enjoying the opportunity to explore the area.
“We visit our block every Sunday afternoon. We take the dog and the kids, and just enjoy the peace and quiet,” said Mrs Armstrong.
The Armstrong’s homesite is located directly opposite the community’s central parkland, and will include a playground, bocce court, walk trails, large kick-about area and plenty of native trees.

Tarneit Gardens – The Verma family
For homebuyers Neelamber Verma and his wife Meenu, the decision to purchase their first home at Tarneit Gardens was made with care.
“It was important for us to make sure we bought a property that suited our needs now, as well as our future needs, ” said Mr Verma, who explained the key to finding the right home was research.
“We visited all the land estates in the areas we were interested in, and evaluated each one in terms of our needs: affordability, location and facilities,” he explained.
“The land at Tarneit Gardens was affordably priced, a critical factor for us,” said Mr Verma.
“The estate is perfectly located near public transport links, which will make travel into work easy.”
The Verma’s young son Neilansh was the impetus for their final selection criteria – the services and facilities available at the estate.
“Tarneit Gardens is close to a number of excellent educational facilities, and future plans for the estate include a school onsite,” said Mr Verma.
“My wife loved the estate the minute we visited it. The parks and playgrounds are ideal, and it’s located conveniently close to everything we need – shops, transport and more. The estate also has a real community feeling, which is really important for a growing family.”

Burns Beach Estate - The Lloyd Family
Within weeks of arriving in Perth, English couple Andrew and Natasha Lloyd and their two boys became proud landowners at Burns Beach Estate.
The Lloyds said Burns Beach Estate’s lifestyle enticed them to set up their new life at the coastal community.
“We were exploring the area, looking for a place to settle and took a drive down Burns Beach Road. We fell in love with the Estate immediately,” said Mr Lloyd.
“It has a lovely feel to it and it’s exactly the kind of lifestyle we were looking for.”
The competitive price of the homesites and features of the Estate, including the beachside facilities and convenient location near Joondalup and the Mitchell Freeway, were major drawcards.
“The transport links from Burns Beach are excellent,” added Mr Lloyd, whose move to Perth was prompted by a job opportunity.
Mr Lloyd’s son Zacc, who is nine years-old, is already enrolled in one of the local schools, while 11 month-old Gabriel and mum, Natasha, plan to make the most of the favourable climate, the parks and beach.

Carramar Golf Course Estate - Nichole and Beau
First homebuyers Nichole Reilly (24) and Beau Freame (23) were the 3000th buyers at Peet Limited’s Carramar Golf Course Estate.
Their move to the popular estate was double celebration for the couple as they also became first time parents before moving into their first home.
Mr Freame works as the manager of a Bindoon-based company, while Ms Reilly works as a nurse at Joondalup Hospital, making Carramar’s convenient location between Currambine and Joondalup train stations a great ‘middle ground’ for the pair.
“We’re really looking forward to moving into our new home and being part of the great community,” said Ms Reilly.
“The childcare centre our baby goes to is pretty much on the same street and there’s a school really close by, which will be great when the time comes.”
The local amenities were also a big drawcard for the young family, with the community centre, three primary schools and a secondary school located within the estate.
